Alrighty. So I've recently put together a computer (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/IsMyNameCorneh/saved/#view=2zF7YJ) And it's all put together and such, but my problem now is it's sitting on my coffee table, not plugged in or anything.. Because I didn't get a CD/DVD Burner and I have absolutely no clue how to install any drivers at all. I know you can install the drivers through a flash drive, but where would I go for said drivers? And what drivers would I need?

I didn't get the CD/DVD burner because it sent me out of budget (I had a dead budget that couldn't move anywhere past where it was, so I just threw it and hoped for the best. [I regret that now])

Any help from anyone who can point me in the right direction would be so greatly appreciated. I know someone will tell me to just buy a DVD rom for $10, but I can't. I'm stuck with what I have right now.

So those are the drivers that would be installed had I used the disks?

Also, I'm unsure if I'm in the right place for this but when wiring my computer on the inside, I followed all of the instructions but something seems like it's not right. I've got these wires from the video card, and there's enough pins to fill up the video card power slots (I think they're power slots, they're on the side of the video card that goes away from the motherboard) perfectly (14 pin holes), but the wires don't reach my power supply from the video card and I haven't seen any sort of extenders. Also, my power supply only has 2 available 6 pin slots (There's 3 on the power supply entirely plus a red one labeled PCIE slot) So what I did was connect the PCIE cable to the graphics card (This is another part where I'm confused) So what I did was use the PCIE wire (two 6 pin connectors with some +2's connected as well and just plugged in 8 in the 8 slot and 6 (Without the +2 thing) in the other.
***Some more background information on the wires that came with the video card is the wires came covered in this weird rubber, or waxy fabric, the one with only a 6 pin connector has these two plastic things coming off, with 3 pins inside of each with an empty hole and I have no clue where they go, and I didn't see any sort of extender for them. the one with 8 pins has two 6 pin connectors to plug in to the power supply (I think) but would fill up the only two available 6 pin slots on my power supply***
Can I do this?

Now, I know that this must be complete gibberish (I'm very inept towards this stuff, sorry), so I can supply pictures with my situation if needed.

Not quite, the disk is much older then whats on the website so the website contains the latest drivers.

As for your gpu power, You have two of these connectors shown on the right. These are for the GPU.

I can't help you further with that power supply. I'm not familiar with it and can find no images of the 'jacks' side of it.
