Just in general, without knowing any specs or anything. What would be a good price to pay for an old dead PC. Or how much for just an old pc in general? thanks!!
Um... You can't simply ask that without me asking for specs. Price could be very different if it was, say, a 1970-era mainframe, vs a 2004 Dell Inspiron 4700.

Like in general, say 2004-2010 desktop PC. Not an antique lol.

It's dead so unless you know for sure any parts work, $30 I would say. Most of that value comes from the case. Unless it contains server parts, a broken consumer motherboard from that time frame is worthless.
