Thinking about building a PC using used parts from eBay. My budget is around $150 - $200. What kind of used parts should I be looking for? PC would be mainly as an office PC, and very little gaming if any at all (brother might play some minecraft??). What used CPU should I be looking for on eBay? THANKS!! :)

Prebuilts are cheaper than buying parts individually. You can find an i5 2400 tower for like $130. Make sure to get one with a hdd and os. Then just get a gpu upgrade. Usually you won't need a psu upgrade for lower end cards and prebuilts should have ~300w psu. Sandy bridge is about the best value I know of right now.

Look for these parts on ebay. Should cost aroung $200 if you find them used.

Or you could go the intel route, which I wouldn't suggest you to go.
