Hey i am currently looking to build a new gaming pc for 800 - 850 pound as my one is a few years old now and am selling it to a friend.

I am idealy looking for the gpu to be a gtx 970 and am also looking for a cpu better then the i7 3770s and also would like the memory to be ddr4 i do not need anything but the pc as i have all the devices from my current pc also wouldnt mind a ssd but not 100 % essential also if you could fit windows 8.1 / 10 in that would also be great but not needed if i cant afford it.

I play all games new and old so it needs to be able to run everything at atleast high graphics but i mostly play world of warcraft as a mythic raider so essentially i need something that is going to run decent and not drop dead on me xD

Thanks for any help given i aprciate it :)

If you prefer a 970 for whatever reason, you can just swap it. Also, your current system has a 3770s? It could be a better investment to upgrade that system. Post the rest of your specs (motherboard, PSU, GPU) and maybe we can give you a better option for your money.
