Computer shuts off after boot.

This started happening a week ago. Whenever my computer is off for more than a few hours, when I boot it up, it shuts down around when the blue windows symbol appears and beneath it is a circle that spins indicating windows is being loaded. After it shuts off, I can turn my computer back on and it won't automatically shut down anymore. I can shut down and boot up my computer as many times as I want without any problem as long as I don't boot up my computer from being shut off for a few hours.

Any help would be great!

I had the same issue with Windows 10...
I did system restore while I booted it up in safe mode. Acter you start your pc, before the windows symbol, there appears a line in the bottom for boot options... So press the specified button, it's F8 for Windows 7...and mostly escape key for higher versions. Boot in safe mode and perform system restore.
If this doesn't work, you may need to reinstall the OS, because that's what I did and it solved the problem!
