Hi Every One,

I am considering to upgrade my Existing Board and Processor. My basic purpose is playing all latest games with 60FPS at 1080P. Currently i am buying Board, processor, ram.
I have already purchased Sapphire 380x graphics card and Corsair 550w SMPS.
My Budget is Rs. 25,000 to 28,000 for Board, processor and RAM.

After Some Research i have arrived at three possible combinations:

OPTION 1(bit costly
;)):

Intel i5 6500 = Rs. 15,500
Asus Z170 K= Rs. 12,800
Corsair DDR 8gb = Rs.3200
Total= Rs. 31,500

OPTION 2 (Save on motherboard)

Intel i5 6500 = Rs. 15,500
MSI H110M PRO-VD Motherboard = 5130
Corsair DDR 8gb = Rs.3200
Total= Rs. 23,830

OPTION 3 (Save on processor)

Intel i3 6100 = Rs. 8,500
Asus Z170 K= Rs. 12,800
Corsair DDR 8gb = Rs.3200
Total= Rs. 24,500

Please suggest me with best possible combination for my requirements.

Thanking you guys in advance.:wahoo:

Solution

Overkill for all... Get the Gigabyte H170 D3H, it's cheap and durable, has M.2 PCIe x4 and SATAExpress, supports crossfire (for your 380x if you decide to get a second), and a custom amp'ed ALC1150
i5-6500 is a must, save on the motherboard. Get a h110m board (the one you are getting is decent enough) but get 2x8gb DDR4, because H110m has only 2 DIMMs (2 memory slots) so you can't upgrade in the future, you will have to change it completely if you want more, so buy 2x8gb now.

I can get 1 8gb now and add another 8gb later...it will do i guess..??

Also i heard that motherboard is an important part. And Z170 motherboards are also required for overclocking RAM and Processors...??

Can u suggest me some other motherboards which can fit my purpose..???

Z170 is made for overclocking as you said, and has SLI support. Both features you can live without. H170 is better because it has more USBs, has newer gen USBs, has m2 slots and has 4 memory modules, but is priced a lot higher and frankly speaking too close to z170, so you could actually get a z170 altogether. But I wouldn't say you need it. A h110 will run your CPU and gpu as good as any, but if you are willing to invest you can always go for a z170.

ALL can "overclock" memory, and your CPU can't be overclocked anyway! If you need more features than the H110 playform provides, there's always the H170, which can be found for about 30-50% more than the H110 (rather than 100% more or higher for Z170).

The Gigabyte H170 D3H should be about RS 7000, which should fit in your budget

Thank you for your reply. i would not be upgrading motherboard after this for at least three years. So i would prefer getting best in my budget which is also future proof.

I have found another few more boards in same price bracket (8 to 13K), how about them:

Asus H170-PRO-GAMING 64GB DDR4 Intel Motherboard : Rs. 12,830/-
MSI Z170A TOMAHAWK AC 64GB DDR4: Rs. 13,000/-
Asrock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 64GB DDR4 Intel Motherboard= 13,000/-

Any suggestions on this..??

U said this board is for 7000/- ...can provide me the link from where i can buy this at tht rate..?

I interpolated between your two prices given the price in the US (for all three, http://www.amazon.com/dp/B017NIDYH2/?tag=pcpapi-20 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B012N6LM1Y/?tag=pcpapi-20 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132570&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=). You'll need to find out if it really is that price yourself!
