Can a FSP 280W power supply work with I5 650 3.2 ghz and Palit GTX 750 TI?

This is my specs

Lenovo ThinkCentre Mt-M 3421A16
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Win 7 Ultimate
PCIE1x16

I don't have the budget to upgrade anymore, I just want to buy and use 750ti, nothing more & less.

Man, you're gonna cut it close. It *might* work, assuming it has any connectors you may need. If it works and you have some stability issues, I would look straight at the PSU. If you truly cannot upgrade the PSU, you could chance it, however I would never reccomend a PSU below 400W.
