My current PC has a Athlon II X2 CPU with an nForce 430 GPU (seemingly built into the motherboard). I have a Radeon X800 pro that I would like to replace it with. The motherboard on my emachines (the Athlon II X2) has a spot for the card, but there isn't a PCI cable with the factory power supply (a acer FSP300-60EP(1) http://skyline-eng.com/acer-emachines-gateway-300w-power-supply-fsp300-60ep-1-9pa300ax06/ ). I have a Rocketfish RF 700WPST from an older machine (http://www.rocketfishproducts.com/products/computer-accessories/RF-700WPS2.html) that I would like to replace the ACER with, but it looks like it doesn't have support for Serial ATA. ... but it does have a bunch of inputs on the back.

Would it be possible to change the 300w Acer with a the Rocketfish 700w? Are there cables I can get for SATA?

The computer that I'm trying to upgrade is going on ten years old, but the computer I got the Power Supply and GPU from come from a PC with a AMD Athlon 64 (from 2001)... so I don't want to save it.

I don't know very much about computers, but I can provide more information if it is needed.

Thank you.
