New build problem booting

I have just finished my first build and wired everything up "correctly" to the best of my knowledge. After I powered it up, the fans and LED turned on but there is no output to my monitor. Is there a step I am missing? Or is there likely to be an amatuer mistake I've made? Thanks in advance

Case - Corsair 250D mini ITX tower
OS - Window 10
Motherboard - MSI H81I
PSU - Corsair CX600
CPU - Intel core i5 4460
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX750Ti
HDD - Seagat Barracuda 2 TB
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB

new pc mb most of them dont have speakers on them. use led or debug led to tell you where the pc is posting or not.
new pc plug the video into the mb and gpu ports see if the mb has defaulted to the onboard video. if not pull the gpu an one ram stick see if onboard video posts. if the onboard video posts check the bios rev if it older then whats on msi web page download it to a usb stick and use the mb bios updater to update it.if there no post. make sure the mb sitting on standoffs. 4 pin power plug on the edge of the mb is connected. if there no post check that the fans are on the right pins and the case header/reset button not broken or on the wrong pin. check that the oi shield not shorting out the mb. the cx power supply not a...
