GPU Core Wont Overclock.

Hello. I am trying to overclock my GTX 970 and am running into an issue. I am able to modify the memory clock of the GPU just fine but I cannot get the core clock to overclock or underclock at all. I have tried using both PrecisionX, and MSI Afterburner.

I also can't seem to get the voltage to move using either of these programs.

Any help is much appreciated!

Some GPU's are voltage locked, depending on the model. Its likely the one you have is.

The only way around this is to flash the BIOS on the card which can unlock it. Its risky to do and some folks have bricked their cards. Needless to say it will void the warranty as well.
