High Core voltage & temperatures

So I just recently tried to overclock my Intel core i5 4670k processor, though the result seems to be a bit overwhelming.
First of all, I only overclocked to @4.2ghz which doesn't really challenge it's maximum OC capability at all (seen people getting a stable clock at 4.8ghz).
I set my CPU core voltage at 1.05V and ring voltage at 1.025V, which seems to be way less than what it needs.
After running a stress test for a while, this is the result:

Should I proceed with changing the core voltage value to 1.24?
I have a Cooler Master Seidon 120M CPU cooler, which supposedly is quite good so the temperatures should remain within acceptable range.

Edit: I notice my CPU runs at 0.1V when not running any programs, while my temperature is stable at a little less than 30 degrees. Is this normal?

Thanks!
