I am looking for some good PWM 120mm/140mm case fans that are quiet. The case for this build is the Fractal R4. Would fans with high static pressure be better for the front intake rather than just high CFM fans due to the air having to come in through the side vents?

Also, the current fans that I have chosen are the Noctua NF-S12B. I'm thinking it may be better to go for the Phanteks PH-F140HP or even possibly the LEPA LP-BOL12P IF it actually has the 81.5CFM for 8-18dbs. It just seems too good to be true for a 120mm fan.

If it would be better to have high static pressure for the front intake fans, would the Cougar Vortex PWM be a good choice?

I'm a fan on the Cougar fans. I've used their fans on my last three builds, both as case fans, CPU fans, and fans for AIO water cooler radiator. Good fans, that move air, and are quiet. I'm using both the 120 mm and 140 mm varieties in my current case. Can't speak for the other fans, as I haven't used those.
