After installing new ram in my motherboard with different specs my pc began to bootloop constantly. So we decoded to use the old ram with which it properly worked (old ram still works perfectly), but it still kept bootlooping.

so we decided to check the cpu, replace the psu, check the gpu (+ running trough the igpu), removed the cmos battery for 30 min and clear the cmos. All didn't seem to solve the problem.

We eventually tried to put each individual ram stick in each ram slot and we even got new ram to try out in the system, but no luck either.

It may be that i put the new ram sticks togheter in my jacket together which may have caused static electricity once installed in the mobo.

But why are all my ram slots faulty now? There are no broken pins, i cleant all my ram and ram slots and even changed to new ram to solve this problem. Could it maybe be a bios problem

Any help is severely appreciated!

Solution
When you try the bench it, the PC has the no RAM error. And when you install the RAM, the PC doesn't boot, that means the the RAM has problem, the MB/CPU are fine.
How about take out all the RAM, clear the CMOS by the jumper, then add the either old or new RAM one by one back. When you mix different ram with different speed and timing, there is a 50/50 chance that you will have problem. You are better to return the 1333mhz one and buy the same spec of the old RAM.

And install the old RAM only. What happens?
If the PC can boot, then shut down the PC, reboot it and go into the BIOS memory section to set the speed to 1333mhz, also the timing to 9-9-9. Shut down the PC again, add the 1333mhz one, reboot the pc to see it works or not.
If the PC does not boot, and like I said before return the 1333mhz, and buy the 1600mhz RAM.
