Hello... If you want to stabilize/lock the High fps to the Monitor display FREQ, try using VSYNC with some of your games.... depending on your Monitor settings, will Cap it at 60 FPS... I find this helps with Real time, Multi-player internet play.

You have possible Monitor/Graphic driver VSYNC settings of 60, 120, 144 You can experiment with the different games and the Video card you are using... Sometimes it helps smooth out the game play. Typically I can enable VSYNC in the Graphic Driver APP or in the Game settings it self.
