I want to purchase ASUS R9 390 8gb or 380 4gb. Is it suitable for my PC? Is it worth doing this for my PC?

Solution
I'm not familiar with Xilence Gaming as a PSU brand, but if their wattage is even remotely close to the stated, you should be fine.

Your i7 processor is still plenty powerful to handle an R9 390.
