I am going to be building a PC soon, and I have squared it down to either an i3 6100 with a GTX 960 2GB or an i5 with a GTX 950. I am not going to be playing any demanding games, and if I do in the future, I am fine with turning down the settings. Though I will also be doing some recording and video editing, and the i5 is probably best for that, but could an i3 handle that stuff as well?
