I it ok to OC the Intel I7 920 2.67 ghz?

Hi, I have an intel I7 920 2.67 ghz. I am wondering if its ok to overclock it? Any feedback would be helpful, Thanks!

Specs:

CPU: Intel I7 920 2.67 ghz

GPU: GTX 960 4gb

RAM 9 GB DDR3

POWER SUPPLY: 600 - 1000 (not sure)

COOLERS: ALL STOCK

HARD DRIVE: HDD 1TB

MOTHER BOARD: GATEWAY FX 6801 3 (2008)

Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to overclock your PC because of it being an OEM Gateway machine. The BIOS settings needed for OC aren't going to be available. Typically OEM machines only let you change power settings, boot order, disable onboard audio, LAN, ect. Voltage and BCLK settings for OCing aren't going to be there.
