I'm new to building Computers, is this Pc worth it's price and any suggestions to make it betterhttp://pcpartpicker.com/b/P4HNnQ

I would go with DDR4 RAM/motherboard. The price difference should be small to non-existent, DDR4 is more future proof, and Intel 6th gen CPUs aren't technically rated to run with DDR3 memory (only DDR3L, which runs at a lower voltage).
