Case and MOBO Question

Solution
The enthoo pro only comes with 2 fans, a 140mm rear exhaust and 200mm front intake as the stock setup. Cases have a variety of fan mounts but you don't have to use all of them. It's there to give people options for various cooling. Many of them are variable mounting with multiple holes.

For instance the front supports either 1 200mm, 2x 140mm or 2x 120mm fans. You wouldn't use all 5 up front at the same. The top is similar, supporting 1 200mm fan, 3x 140mm or 3x 120mm. Again you don't have to use all of them. If you're using the included psu cover, some of the bottom intake fan mounts won't need to be used and will be blocked anyway. Meaning if you put a fan there it will blow air up against the bottom of the psu cover and won't do...

Your motherboard supports up to 5 fans directly from the motherboard, 2 cpu fans headers and 3 case fan headers. That case also has a fan hub that comes with it which acts as a sort of splitter capable of powering another 6 fans. It comes with a cable that attaches to the cpu_fan header, then the cpu cooler and other case fans can be attached. If additional power is needed there's a sata power connector for it also.
