I shut my computer down and when I went to turn it back on it wouldnt turn on.

I have just recently built my computer and I was using it it went fine with no problems at all. Then one day I went to shut if off for the night and when I went to turn it on the next day it wouldnt turn on. I have no clue but when I have my mouse plugged into the computer and the psu plugged in and the mouse's leds come on but the computer doesnt start and non of the fans work either.

I had a guy test the motherboard and its fried I have to get a new one
