Ok, so I have a 295x2 that I'm about to upgrade to (never had a reason to, I got it for 600$ new and saved it until I finally got 1440p) but I do a lot of online web browsing and things, so I was wondering if this would consume a lot of power while I was web browsing. I though it would, but then I remembered and Zerocore technology and I am wondering if it turns on while just web browsing. Don't wasn't to draw so much power.
