Hello,
First off i was wondering if anyone could review this build i have made i am thinking about purchasing it soon once i get another person letting me know if i have chose all the correct parts for a good gaming computer. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TrickZtheGod/saved/
Also my next question is if my color scheme looks good. I have picked out the nzxt phantom 820 White/Black because i really like it but i have a red/black theme. Does the White/Black case go together with Red/Black internal parts? I will be setting the Case LED to Red lights and i have Red Leds around my desk with Red/Black themed keyboard and mouse and mousepad already owned. Thanks for the input

Solution
Power supply is really poor quality (Source). I'd change it to an FSP Hydro G 650W.

I also see no reason to go with a 4th Gen processor today. I'd get a 6th Gen and a modern platform. You should be able to find some red NZXT Phantom cases.

You *should* be ok on that PSU; if you are planning on overclocking CPU/GPU I draw ~450W while gaming on my i5 4440/MSI 390X LTE rig with that 650GS which is a hair better, I think you'll be looking at around the same at stock maybe around the 500-550W mark if you overclock CPU/GPU. But if you are thinking of adding another 390 down the road I'd definitely invest in a better PSU; my 4770K/390X CFsystem draws ~750W while gaming.

I would squeeze in an SSD for your OS if it was me, for some faster boot and loading times. I think your color scheme will look good.

He didn't say it's poor, he said it's bland: "The NEX650G strikes me as a very bland but still capable little unit. It does a lot right, but it also does a lot to bring a yawn out of me. Voltage regulation was nothing special. Efficiency was barely a pass for Gold. Ripple suppression is nothing special. But when that's the worst thing you can say about a unit, you're not doing too bad at all. This is by no means a junk unit. It's just a little too close in price to the real good stuff for me to recommend, is all. Taking ten bucks off the price, or bringing performance up a bit, would do a whole lot for this model. As it sits right now, if you skip lunch at McDonalds today you've already more than made up the difference between this unit and the Seasonic unit or even the EVGA GS model I mentioned. Heck, skip the fast food two days in a row and you can get the G2 instead, along with all the awesomeness that comes with it."
