My pc turned off while gaming ad won't turn back on

I was about to play bf4 then pc.turned off and won't boot now
Fans are spinning
When I take out the ram beeps

When I press the north bridge the pc won't turn on so I assume the mobo is OK
I tried a different psu
Tried the gpu on a different pc and it worked
Tried a different gpu on my pc and it worked
So I don't know what's happening

My specs are
Fx8320
R9 290
8gb ram 2 modules
Evga Nex 750b
Asrock d 970m pro3

Hmmm, is the monitor working? Can you hear the CPU working even if nothing comes on screen?
It sounds like its the Mobo or the CPU.

Maybe your psu cannot supply enought power (due to faulty or issues) to your cpu and gpu, did tried a different psu with at least 700W on your pc?

I tried with an Evga 650w but still the card a swap in was another r9 290

I tried clearing the closest
Taking out the battery

The thing is I live in Honduras so if I can't fix it no one can (the best gpu you can buy here is a go 740)I had to buy everything from the US

Ps I play with Aida 64 osd and the Temps where fine
