Hello, I have been experiencing a lot of stutter on multiplayer games but have a very good PC and amazing internet, I believe its 50 download speed and 6 upload speed. I get very low ping but am still seeing a lot of stutter when I am playing games online. My PC runs GTA 5 single player at at least 60 frames per second (haven't checked exactly) and is smooth as butter. By "stutter" I mean, not a delay between my actions but rather just visual skipping in game play. I even tried ROBLOX because I got desperate and out of all things this PC can handle, it better be able to handle a couple of blocks! It ended up telling me my FPS was 60, my ping was approximately 50 to 60, and i still had A LOT of noticeable stuttering. If its going to do this on a game made out of blocks, I dont know what the problem could possibly be! Here are my PC and internet specs that I know and can provide to you. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I appreciate it.

PC specs:
GTX 960 4GB SC
Intel core i7 4790k
600 Watt PSU
1 TB HDD
Windows 10 64 bit

Internet specs:
Ethernet CAT5e
50 download speed and 6 upload speed (according to speedtest)
21ms ping (according to speedtest)

P.S I realize I have made a recent post regarding this general topic but have abandoned it because it was not specifying my problem well enough. Thanks again!

I have exactly 8GB of RAM. I checked for updates and it says I have the latest and greatest geforce drivers. Temps for both CPU and GPU are good.

By "adaptive v sync", do you mean "vertical v sync"? That's all i could find unless im missing it. Also, I believe I have windows border less mode enabled.

Ok, I applied it but it didn't seem like much avail. It helped maybe a little, maybe not at all, to hard to tell. Any other suggestions?
