How cheap? As said above the 950 would be a good choice there is also the 750 ti if you cant afford the 950.

I think you have to go with Asus Gtx 960 or 950 of any brand they are awesome graphic cards that you can not only play gta 5 but other High end games on 40-60 Fps.
