I'll get straight to the point, my performance on Ultra Witcher 3 is disappointing, and it's my processor that's lagging behind. I can get solid 47fps (approx) in wide open spaces, but in Novigrad I get 25-30fps (ugh)
GPU: MSI 290x (OC to as high as I could)
CPU: Intel Pentium CPU G3258 @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, (OCED to 4.398Mhz x44 multiplier)
What processor would you lot recommend as an upgrade? I'm not picky on brand, but it should preferably be under £350 and MUST be overclockable.

EDIT: I use a program called BES, it reduces stuttering linked to having a dual core CPU
