ASUS P8P67 Deluxe BIOS and Memory problems

P8P67 Deluxe, BIOS 3207, will not update to 3509, or 3602. Had been running 2x4GB G.Skill MEM, and added two more for a total of 16BG, but it will only recognize 8GB in System check. BIOS shows all 4 cards active. MEMOK is no help. Computer runs fine, but for video editing, I needed more RAM, and just upgraded to a GTX 750Ti GPU. Win7 Pro 64Bit, i5-2500k.
Any ideas?

You sure you aren't on 3702? That was the last bios update. I just replaced that mobo last week after getting it when the i5-2500K was released, so I'm pretty much up on its bios.
