Hi, so I got this problem with my computer, when I hold my case start button for 10 sec, a few fans looks like their about to start up but shut downs and in psu it makes little tick sound.. What do I do about it? And what can I do.. I use z170x mb and seasonic s12II-620bronze psu

Unplug power cable from back of PC.
Push front power button - - hold in for 15 seconds - - release.
Reconnect power cable.
Try power button again.
Push front power button - - hold in for 15 seconds - - release.
Reconnect power cable.
Try power button again.
