Now i use Youtube a lot. As of the past week however videos just sit on the spinning dots. NO matter how long i leave it to load it never will. The weird thing is every 10 videos or so i try to load one will work, then it stops loading them again. Iv tried seemingly everyone solution. I use chrome and iv done everything from remove extensions/ clear browsing data/ reinstall it entirely. So i switched to Firefox/ IE and i have the same problem. Reinstalled Flash the whole nine yards and still nothing. Iv noticed my phone when connected to my WIFI isn't loading videos either. So it must be my internet right? I have rather fast internet and it works great for everything else.

Solution
Could be some internet/network related configuration. Seems even more so with respect to the phone being blocked as well.

But the "1 in 10" attempts being able to watch is a bit confusing.

Check your AV software and firewalls.

Check your router logs and look for any errors or warnings at the time of a failed attempt to watch a video.

Also go to YouTube and start some video. Leave it on the spinning dots and go into Task Manager to see what processes and services are running.

Look for anything using up lots of CPU time, memory, or disk activity. Especially anything network related.
