Well as the title says, my new GPU,PNY GTX 960 started to make this sound few days ago http://vocaroo.com/i/s0bp6ID4tJKm (0:14) every 5 seconds or so, stopped using my PC for 2 days and the sound went away but sometimes you can still hear it just not as loud.
Nothing is touching the fans, at least not in the outside of the GPU.
can play games fine, temperatures are normal (80c max temperature in heavy load)
the problem started when I played like 6 hours of Witcher 3 on the PC, but as I said temperatures where fine.
