Hi, I have a Hyper T4 and I'm wondering if I can place it facing the fan down and the air going through the TOP fans. I have a LGA 1150 motherboard and I'm wondering if this is possible with this because it doesn't mention doing that type of installation on the manual.
Can I put CPU heatsink fan facing downward

As long as you have clearance on the motherboard and memory it will work just fine in that position.
It's not a recommended installation because in most every rig that would mean your intake air is going to be very hot due to the GPU right below it. Off course you CAN if you have clearance abd the mounting solution allows you to turned it. And if you have no GPU it could even be a good idea. But it's really not going to make enough difference to be worth it.
