Cheap Gaming Machine - need advice

Good day, a friend of mine challenged me to build him the cheapest but still very good performer machine. He basically wants to play games like World of Tanks and the like, nothing too heavy. He wanted it under 1500$CAN to include the box and a monitor, no peripherals.

Solution
The FX 6300 is a still a decent gaming processor , but they do not perform well on the boards with the older 760G chip sets .

Something like this is a little more expensive but is newer and sharper

You can save by including the original monitor .
An SSD can be added later as an upgrade . The hard drive wont be slow in the game but it will take longer to load and boot
