What's the best Blu-ray blank disc? To Use

I'm getting tired of using 700 & DVD-R 4.37, 8.5 DVD's.
It's time to raise the bar and move onto 25 GB & 50 GB of blank discs.

Will it be quicker to burn to 25 GB, 50 GB discs? Once I'm done how long does it take to transfer the data from the 50 GB Blu-ray to a normal PC?

Burn time will obviously take awhile when burning such large amounts of data. Transferring that much data will also take awhile. Why can't you just simply copy your files to an external USB drive? Once copied to the drive, take it over to the other pc and get the files off of it. This would certainly be much faster for you to do.
