Possible CPU Issue (FX 4300)

So, over the past 2/3 days my PC seems to randomly crash when doing things like just using skype or playing CSGO, which should be handled fine by my PC. When I restart the PC the Stock AMD CPU Cooler goes extremely loud for around 5-10 seconds which is leading me to think it is the CPU that is causing the issue.

Since a few days before the issue started I haven't downloaded anything that is untrusted or from a sketchy website which rules out the possibility of it being some form of virus.

Any Ideas on what it could be and/or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Solution
The loud fan on start up is normal as the system goes close to full speed getting things started. However, if you have not heard this before, it may be a sign that the CPU is getting hotter than it used to for some reason, likely cooler related.

You need to get some temperature monitoring software like the free downloadable AMD Overdrive and see what it says about Thermal Margin .
