3 pin VGA / GPU fan in 4 pin on VGA / GPU ?

Solution
Deepcool is pretty good. 3pin is hot/ground/tach wires. 4pin is hot (12v constant)/ground/tach/pwm signal wires. If you put a 3pin fan on a 4pin pwm connection you get a constant 12v, basically the fan spins at max speeds permanently. Since the gpu probably doesn't come with analog capability, having a OEM 4 pin connector designed to work pwm with the factory fan, you are left with 4 choices.
1. Buy that cooler, hope I'm wrong and the 3pin works fine.
2. Buy that cooler, prove I'm right and the 3pin runs at a noisy max speed permanently.
3. Buy that cooler, swap the new fan for one with 4pin capability.
4. Find a different solution.
