I have a Seagate backup plus desktop drive 4T. It has been working on Windows 10, but the other day, a message popped up on the bottom of the screen for Seagate. By the time I got to the message it was gone. I then tried to access the drive, but it wasn't detected on my computer anymore. The light is on, it sounds like it is working, and it works on other computers, but it is gone on my computer. I never downloaded programs for the device, it was just plug and play, so I can't remove any programs from my computer to reload. The other computers don't need to have a program loaded to make the drive work.
How do I find this device on my computer? I need to access files from it. Thank you for your help.
