550W PSU is good for overclocking?

MY SPECS
CPU - AMD FX-8300 Vishera 8-Core
CPU COOLER - LEPA LPWAC240-HF AquaChanger 240 Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm
GPU - ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 970 4GB
MOTHERBOARD - ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
HDD- Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 1TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

I would like to overclock my CPU to 4.7 ghz or 5.0 ghz because i think it will bottleneck my GPU will this 550w psu good enough?

i would appreciate all your opinions.

You did not list which 550w psu you have but 550w is plenty assuming you have a good psu.

Your motherboard is not very good and will severely limit your overclocking. I doubt you get any where near 4.5ghz, but please let us know how it turns out.

Yes your FX is going to bottleneck the GTX970.

Thank you sir i had an NZXT HALE 82.. If i would overclock it to 4.5 will it still bottleneck ?
