I'm running a Intel i5 4690k CPU and recently I have been seeing very strange temps. I usually runs at 27-34 idel, however recently it has risen to 36 onwards and sometimes one core peaks above 50 for a second before returning to a stable temp. Any suggestions? Thanks

im running a hyper 212 cool master cpu cooler with the cool master thermal paste provided. usually when idle the temps would be low 30s however now they are high 30s and are fluctuating between 30 and 50 for a short time before dropping again. when gaming the temps usually dont exceed high 40s so this is strange. i am using Speed fan and real temp to track each core temperature
