Hi guys, was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with this problem.
I noticed this morning that my computer was running much slower than usual and opened up task manager to see the CPU speed stuck at 0.77 GHz. I've searched around looking at similiar threads but I still have no idea what to do hours later.
I've cleared/reset the CMOS and checked my computers power settings and they look normal. I've reset the BIOS and that reads 0.80 on start up. Temperatures of the CPU seemed fine before this problem so I don't know what the issue could be and I'd really appreciate any help!
CPU is a i5-6600k, Motherboard is Z170A Gaming M5
