Hi, I have been experiencing crashes and freezes for over 6 months now, and this is really starting to annoy me, it seems that the issue was at first TDR, but after increasing the delay it reduced freezes and crashes for a few days, and then stopped again, these crashes only started occuring when I updated my GPU drivers after upgrading to Windows 10, after researching it seemed the most probable answer was Windows 10's stupid ability to run TDR. This may have something to do with me just having a bad GPU (GT610) and playing high end games with it, overheating doesn't seem to be the issue either, because I sometimes put a chemical ice pack on it for cooling purposes, if you can suggest anything please do. If this may be related to a certain type of driver, please tell me which driver I can reinstall to remove the settings that might be forcing my computer to crash. Thanks very much!

Can be about PSU as well. PSU loses its W over years and if that line falls below your system's requirements that may be the cause.

How can I be sure? I ran a wattage test and I used about 275 watts of my total 320 watts, but this is probably inaccurate anyways because when I overvolt my CPU (by about 0.300V extra on my CPU with my GPU 1250 core clock- base is at 650 I think) I need to reset my BIOS setting on my mobo to get back the defaults so the computer can actually turn on. I have a few stuff that can be disconnected such as a Gigabyte fan and a CD drive, if I did disconnect these would it aactually make any noticeable difference if it is the PSU which is faulty, because I am planning to get a new GPU (GTX750Ti SC) and a new SSD that would probably mean I would need a bigger PSU. I would also like to mention that the games I play do occasionally work (but like once in 50 times) My PSU is also a low quality standard Gigabyte PSU, I wouldn't be surprised if it is the PSU

I upgraded my PC a while ago and I was having those random crash&freezes time to time
I changed my GPU,PSU and RAM also added a SSD(and installed OS on this)
I'm not having any crash&freeze anymore
You should look for the syptoms and search it, it can be either one of these parts i stated.

Thanks for the help, but I found the cause, it was my faulty PSU, well rather Gigabytes bad quality PSU, I unplugged my DVD Drive and underclocked my GPU, and now it is working fine!
