I just got a laptop that has a 1440p screen and google chrome is awful at scaling. any video full screened has white borders ( very annoying). Here's an example of it: http://i.imgur.com/yOeDjVV.png . I've tried putting this into chrome's target box "/high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1" and google chrome's UI becomes really small and nearly impossible to read. Replies would be appreciated.
