Today I noticed today that my gtx is getting hot until 63-65 after that it starts spinning 300-350 rpm ist okay ? like that to get heat and how i make it cooler best way .thanks

That is completely normal by design. Your card's fans are designed to stay off until the GPU hits ~64c. Your Turbo Boost temperature target is 84c, so you are well below that by ~20c. Do nothing and leave the fans on Auto.

Idle temperatures are fine, even with the idle-fan-off feature we love so much. In gaming, the card does not get anywhere close to the 84°C temperature limit at which NVIDIA's Boost will start reducing clocks to keep the card at a maximum of 84°C.
