My PC specs are:

Mother Board: Asus x99-deluxe
CPU: Intel I7-5930k
GPU: Nvidia Titan X (with built in liquid cooling)
RAM: G.Skill 16gb DDR4 TridentZ
Hard Drive: WD Velociraptor (Main drive for booting)
SSD: Intel 750 400gb (secondary for storage)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Also about 5 or 6 fans the case brought.

All I've done since the computer turned on was open about 15 tabs in chrome and install a game.
Any ideas?

Could be an issue with the software itself. What does the Bios report the CPU core temperatures as? If they are the same, I would check to make sure the cooler is properly mounted and flat and the TIM is applied evenly.

I would say the really high temperatures would be coming from your Voltage Regulators and power delivery systems on your board. Max operating temperature is fairly high for most VRM circuits so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
