Can't find programs after installing SSD as boot and old HDD as storage

I bought an SSD, put it in a whole new rig, installed Windows 7 Professional 64-bit onto it and made it my boot drive. I put my old hard drive which also had Windows 7 (Vista) as my storage.Now I can't find any programs from the hard drive, This also includes some pictures, documents, etc. For example, I can't find Microsoft Word, or any of the other Microsoft Office programs. Thank you guys in advance!

"Programs" is one thing, "pics and docs" is something else.

Programs, you cannot use from that old install. All those applications will need to be reinstalled.
Doc, pic, music, etc....those should be discoverable. within the old drive.

Dont have a D drive. I have an E and F drive. The F drive is my old HDD
