Building New PC, Need to Check

Ok, so, my question is this. I don't need to show any parts, you'll see why. I'm building a new computer in PCPartPicker, just got done, and I need to make sure of something: Do all of the parts come with cables, the CPU or CPU cooler with thermal paste, and if I fill every basic slot with something, if that makes any sense, is that all I need for a computer?

the i7 6700k doesn't come with a cpu cooler. other than that all cables will be included
