WiFi keeps resetting itselt

Every hour my wifi shuts kicks everyone off and then after 2-3 minutes turns itself back on. I am connected to on campus network through their housing. I am using Asus PCE-AC56 wifi router. If connected through Cat5 this doesn't happen.

Check your router's "lease time", the time the router refreshes the IP addresses of connected devices.

I don't see any indication what version of Windows you have. There is a new so called "power saving" setting deep in the Power Options applet of the Control Panel that can cause this symptom, but if you aren't running Windows 10, it has to be something else.

It's Windows 10. Right now I can't reach my routers GUI, so I am going to have to reset it I believe.
