H81, B85, H97, Z97 are compatible motherboards for those CPUs. I recommend skylake over haswell though for a few dollars more. An i3-6100 or pentium g4400 and a h110, b150 or h170 motherboard would be better options for the long term if you can swing the extra dollars.

Sorry, no those are for LGA1150. You need a CPU compatible with LGA1155. The link in my second post shows what is available for your system. I would recommend looking used since you seem to be on a budget. CPUs are pretty tough, so as long as you are buying from a reputable seller on ebay or the like, you should be fine. I recommend the i5-2500, which can be found for under $100 used, and is more powerful than all of those CPUs you have asked about. There aren't a lot of options left to buy new CPUs for your motherboard, and they are generally more expensive than they are worth (due to supply I would imagine)for the most part when you do find them new.

Edit: i5-2500 not on supported list. Here is a full list of supported CPUs for your motherboard from ASUS:
