Hello guys.So after a lot ofhours of searching I decided to scrap the idea of an FX 6300 build because the fx series I seriously outdated and doesn't allow any future upgrade paths. So I decided to go for the Intel path. But my budget is still low. So my best option was Core i3 6100 skylake 3.7 GhZ. As for the motherboard the country I live in (Greece) Doesn't have many budget motherboards so I decided to go with Asrock H110M -DVS/D3. Ram is going to be HyperX Fury black 1600 mhz (The motherboard supports ddr3 up to 1600 mhz) DDR3 4GBx2 to total of 8gb.PSU is corsair vs series VS550 550Watt.The total is around 278 dollars. My question is whether are all those parts compatible with eachother and whether should I use my point of view GT 630 4GB GPU or the integrated Graphics of the cpu. Please keep in mind that I already have my 120GB ssd Case and CD Rom player to install Windows 7 so I can install Windows 10(It already has Windows xp on it don't hate) Thanks for your time

**WARNING**

Do NOT use DDR3 memory for Skylake. It can and likely WILL kill your CPU.

Other:
1) 550W PSU is fine, and also allows a lot of upgrade path as future GPU's use a lot less power (approx 2X less estimate per overall card). You can support a high-end card as even an overclocked i5-6600K setup would use under 150W full load. It's under 100W total system as configured here (or the i3 with more fans etc running) so even at 80% load you'd have over 300W for the graphics card:

2) W7 is probably non-transferable, but you can try to use to upgrade to W10.

3) DDR4...
scrap the VS550 especially if you want a decent graphics card down the road. See if you can get a Seasonic M12II or G series, the 550W versions tend to be fairly cheap.
If you already have a GT630 you can use that, but it's basically worse overall than the integrated graphics in the 6100! Don't spend money on that GPU, and just save up for a better card later down the road

3) DDR4: recommended is 2666MHz CL16 or as close as possible (2x4GB)

4) Motherboard: Use a motherboard that only supports DDR4 memory. (I'm guessing the one you chose supports TWO sticks of DDR3 or TWO sticks of DDR4? Thus, if you get two sticks of DDR4 you can't add any more later)

5) GPU?
You didn't actually state if GAMING is something to consider?

The HD530 is okay for some light gaming, and more than adequate for typical non-gaming usage. Beyond that, I'd wait for next-gen GPU's (AMD Polaris/Vega, or NVidia Pascal).

Solution
VS PSU are very poor quality units, you do not want one in a gaming PC that will spend long periods of time at high loads. See tier 4 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

For a gaming build you really want tier 1 or 2 but seeing as you won't be overclocking your CPU a tier 3 is probably ok but I would get something better. Wattage on it's own is fairly meaningless without considering the quality of the PSU. The PSU is the most important part of a PC, it powers everything and if it fails it's the one component that can destroy the whole system.
