looking at hp computer same spec on both with exception of processor which is the better one
intel Pentium n3530 or adm a8-3530

AMD A8-3530 does not exist, I think you have repeated the digits by mistake. A8-6410?

The Pentium is a decent, fast, quad core, low power, entry level processor. What are you going to use the laptop for?

For gaming, the A8-6410 is significantly better but, although the A8 is a little faster in clock, the N3530 is somewhat more powerful for processing, although you may not notice it much.
