Will this cooler fit on my mobo?

Hey guys, Its me Josh.

I'm thinking of getting an Nh d15 for my asrock z97 extreme 4. Will it fit? I'm housing a windforce gtx 980 ti and it has a backplate and could interfere with the cooler.

I also heard that the cooler will go over the ram slots. All 4 slots are filled with standard height sticks. Will it be able to fit?

Maybe not. Check out this review, they use the Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic, which has the blacplate too. But it looks like fine for me. http://www.thinkcomputers.org/noctua-nh-d15-cpu-cooler-review/4/
